Alman Visum service and website terms
1. Provider and scope
Alman Visum is provided by SZB (Sagdullaev Zwei Brüder) UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Windthorststraße 20, 48153 Münster, Germany, represented by managing director Khayotjon Sagdullaev. Contact: +49 176 93173450, info@szb-nrw.de. Registration details are available in the legal notice.
These terms concern almanvisum.com and new orders for SZB services under this brand, where the terms have been validly incorporated into the contract. Individually agreed terms take precedence. Publishing these terms does not amend existing contracts or transfer contracts with other providers to SZB.
2. Information, enquiries and orders
Visiting the website, reading an article or making an ordinary enquiry does not create an obligation to pay. Acknowledging receipt of an enquiry does not yet mean that an order has been accepted.
Before placing a paid order, you receive the specific service description, total price, any additional costs, payment terms, agreed service period and applicable consumer information in a form that you can retain, for example by email. A contract is formed through the parties' matching declarations of agreement. Simply contacting us is neither a purchase nor general consent to advertising.
3. Agreed services
Our services include career planning and information about the German labour market, preparation for your own applications, CVs and cover letters, and organisational assistance with preparing for a stay and everyday life in Germany. Visa and document assistance means, in particular: arranging documents according to an official checklist, checking readability and formal completeness, entering the information you provide, organising appointments and procedures, and coordinating translations with suitable providers.
The documents, discussions, revision rounds and support periods included are agreed before the order. A package name alone does not define the scope of service. Additional work becomes chargeable only after a separate agreement.
You select jobs or vocational training places yourself and submit your own applications. Alman Visum does not find positions for clients, select candidates for employers, provide recruitment, job or vocational training placement services, or supply temporary agency workers under Arbeitnehmerüberlassung.
4. Limits of assistance
We do not provide legal advice or tax advice. In particular, we do not assess individual visa or residence entitlements, qualification recognition entitlements, contractual clauses or legal remedies. Calculating legal deadlines and providing legal or tax representation are also outside our services. A technical document check is not a confirmation of authenticity. Legal and tax questions should be addressed to appropriately authorised professionals or the competent authorities.
Information about insurance, accommodation or education is not a promise to broker a contract or grant admission. Individual insurance advice, real estate brokerage and producing certified translations are not included in our organisational assistance.
We do not guarantee a visa, residence permit, job, vocational training place, apartment or educational admission. These decisions are made by the respective authorities or contracting parties. This does not affect our obligation to provide the services and work results that we have expressly agreed to deliver.
5. Prices, additional costs and payment
The total price agreed before the contract, including applicable taxes, applies to the order. The agreed due date and payment method are set out in SZB's offer or invoice. These terms do not themselves introduce additional fees or contractual penalties.
Public authority fees, translations, certifications, insurance premiums, course fees, travel, accommodation, rent, deposits and other third-party services are included only if the specific offer expressly lists them as included. Before the order, we explain any additional third-party costs or the criteria used to calculate them. Funds in a blocked account, known as a Sperrkonto, or a rental deposit are not payment for our advice.
A language course offer must show Alman Visum's organisational service separately from teaching. Before any course payment, the school or course provider, content, duration, price and cancellation and refund terms must be established. Alman Bildung is a separate cooperation project with Victory Dionis MCHJ; cooperation alone does not create a course contract with SZB.
6. Cooperation and documents
Please provide accurate, current information and only the documents needed for the agreed purpose. You confirm the information you have supplied before submission. We do not create fictitious qualifications, employer certificates or other false information.
Send copies of identity documents, health data and confidential documents only after agreeing on a suitable transmission method. Keep passwords and personal verification codes to yourself. Our privacy information explains how data is processed. An enquiry does not grant us general rights to publish your documents or use your data in advertising.
7. Appointments, termination and refunds
The start of the service, appointments, duration and any changes are agreed for the order. Please let us know as early as possible if you cannot attend an appointment. These terms do not establish a blanket no-refund rule or an automatic cancellation fee.
The valid agreement and the law govern termination, services already provided and any refunds. A visa refusal does not automatically cancel a separate service order, but it does not exclude claims arising from our own breach of obligations. Any statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
8. Consumer right of withdrawal for service contracts
The following information concerns paid services for which a statutory right of withdrawal exists under a distance or off-premises contract. Separate course contracts or digital products require the appropriate information before the contract is concluded.
Time limit and notice
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For services, the period is calculated from the conclusion of the contract; the start of the period also requires the legally prescribed information about the right of withdrawal to have been provided.
Send a clear statement of your decision to SZB (Sagdullaev Zwei Brüder) UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Windthorststraße 20, 48153 Münster, Germany, telephone +49 176 93173450, email info@szb-nrw.de, for example by letter or email. You do not have to use the form below. Sending the notice before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Refunds and services already provided
After your withdrawal, we refund payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We use the original payment method; a different method is used only by express agreement and without additional cost to you. We do not charge a fee for the refund itself.
If you expressly requested that we start before the withdrawal period ended and received the required information, the law may require payment for the part of the service provided before withdrawal. The amount is proportionate to the agreed overall scope. Payment or booking an appointment alone does not count as a request to start early.
Full performance within the withdrawal period
For a paid service, the right of withdrawal may end early after full performance. This requires, in particular, your prior express consent to an early start and your prior acknowledgement that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. The statutory requirements concerning form and information must also be met. Merely starting work does not end the right.

9. Statutory rights and liability
Statutory provisions govern failures to perform, defects, refunds and liability. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
The applicable law and competent courts are determined by statutory rules. Changes to this website do not automatically amend existing contracts.
10. Content, complaints and dispute resolution
Articles and checklists provide general orientation. Please check information that may change against the competent official sources. Statutory rights to use content remain unaffected. Legal responsibility for our own content and links is not excluded by a blanket disclaimer.
Please send complaints about your order to info@szb-nrw.de or the address above. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
