The enquiry is stored as a non-public entry in our WordPress system. Processing information also includes a status and the time of the confirmation given in the form. Authorised people responsible for handling the enquiry can access it.
An internal email to info@almanvisum.com provides a notification of receipt. It contains the enquiry identifier and a link to the administration area, not the full message text. We may subsequently respond using the contact details you provided.
We use the information to understand your enquiry, clarify details, and prepare or carry out a service you requested. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contract-related enquiries. We handle other substantive enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in appropriate communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
