Do these prices include a visa guarantee?
No. Alman Visum does not guarantee visa approval. Only the German embassy, consulate or competent authority makes that decision.
Are government and visa fees included?
No. Government and visa fees, translations, apostilles, insurance, flights, blocked account funds and other external costs are separate.
How do I choose a package?
Choose Start for initial guidance and a checklist, Basic for a CV, form and motivation letter, and Pro for preparation of the embassy document package. Premium or All inclusive provide further support throughout the process.
Can I get advice before paying?
Yes. During a brief initial consultation, we can explain which route may suit your situation.
Do you provide legal advice?
Our services provide information, document preparation and organisational assistance. They are not legal advice. Where necessary, consult an independent lawyer or the competent authority.
Is payment refunded if the visa is refused?
This depends on the chosen package, contractual terms and work already completed. Payment covers document preparation and support rather than the visa outcome. The terms are explained in advance.
