Services and documents: information before you order

Alman Visum is an offering of SZB (Sagdullaev Zwei Brüder) UG (haftungsbeschränkt). This page explains how to agree a service, prepare the necessary documents and raise questions. Our services do not require a mandatory candidate questionnaire or a recruitment document pack.

Before you order

  • The specific tasks and the information you need to prepare yourself.
  • The price, payment arrangements, timeframe and possible additional costs.
  • Which tasks we perform, which you handle yourself and which may be supplied by a separate third party.
  • The service provider, service terms and information about the handling of personal data.

Clarify any outstanding questions before sharing documents or ordering a paid service. Ask for an explanation of any unclear task or cost in advance.

Preparing documents

  1. Clarify the task first. Do not send a full set of documents with your initial enquiry.
  2. Agree on the necessary documents and how to send them. Official checklists come from the relevant responsible body.
  3. Check that the files are readable and your information is correct. Do not share information unrelated to the task.
  4. Review the contents yourself before submitting an application or statement. Direct questions for the receiving authority or employer to that organisation.

We can organise documents, record whether items on an official checklist are present, technically enter the information you provide and arrange appointments. This is not a legal review of the documents, an assessment of visa eligibility or a promise of a favourable decision.

Questions or problems with a service

Write to the company email address and briefly state the topic, order date and your concern. Do not attach unnecessary personal documents. This contact channel does not restrict your statutory rights or your ability to approach a responsible organisation.

What is outside our services?

Alman Visum does not search for jobs or vocational training places for customers, select staff or provide job placement. We do not provide legal or tax advice, conduct legal reviews of contracts or represent you in legal proceedings. We do not guarantee decisions by authorities, employers or educational institutions. Our obligation is to properly perform our own agreed service.

The information on this page does not automatically amend existing contracts. For questions about an existing order, check the provider named in that order and the agreed terms.
