Start by briefly describing your topic, professional background and preferred timeframe. This is not a job application or registration with a recruitment agency. You do not need to complete a mandatory candidate questionnaire to contact us.

What should your first message include?

  • Your topic: career planning, a CV, a cover letter, interview preparation or organising documents.
  • A short description of your relevant professional experience and your current stage of preparation.
  • Your preferred timeframe and a suitable way to contact you.

You do not need to send documents in advance

Please do not send a passport, residence permit, bank details, medical records or a full set of certificates with your initial enquiry. If further documents are needed, we will first agree on their purpose and how to send them. Share only the information necessary for the agreed task.

What happens next?

  1. We clarify your enquiry and whether the requested support falls within our services.
  2. Before ordering a paid service, you receive information about the tasks, price, timing and additional costs.
  3. Once a service has been separately agreed, we begin the preparation or organisational tasks you have ordered.

An enquiry alone does not constitute an order for a paid service. Use the contact page or write to the company email address.

Limits of our support

You choose job vacancies and vocational training places, known as Ausbildung, and submit your own applications. Alman Visum does not search for or arrange jobs or training places for you. Support with visa documents is limited to organisational and technical tasks: we do not assess individual legal entitlements or legal prospects of obtaining permission. We do not provide legal or tax advice.
