How much does the language course visa package cost?
Alman Visum services are provided by SZB (Sagdullaev Zwei Brüder) UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Our service fee and the language school’s tuition fee are shown separately. Obtain the school’s name, course programme, contracting party and payment terms in writing before enrolling.

Tuition for three modules of a language course in Germany. The €500 Alman Visum service fee is charged separately.
Your starting module, timetable, city and start date are clarified before enrolment. A module does not always correspond to a complete language level.

School and course start
If you are planning a course in Münster or Düsseldorf, confirm the specific school, start date, level and available places before enrolling. Schedules and availability depend on the chosen school.
Before paying, obtain the chosen school’s written programme, including the duration of the three modules, timetable, postponement and refund terms.

Organising documents
Using the responsible authority’s official checklist, we check whether documents are present and readable, organise files and help technically enter your information. We do not conduct legal document reviews or assess visa eligibility.
Reception on arrival in Germany
We agree on your arrival date and meeting point in advance. Together, we work through your initial practical questions in Germany so you know where to go and how to begin.
Preparing for your own housing search
We help prepare a tenant application folder, budget and enquiry for you to send to a landlord. You choose listings yourself and clarify rent, deposit, transport and move-in dates directly with the landlord.
Career and application preparation
Within the agreed scope, we work on your CV, cover letter and interview preparation. We do not find or select jobs or employers for you or submit applications on your behalf. Clarify your right to start work with the responsible authority.
Career planning after the course
We discuss career goals, public information sources and preparation for your own applications. You search for a training place or job yourself. We do not provide an individual legal assessment of changing your purpose of residence.
Help settling in
We explain practical matters relating to your course, accommodation and arrival in Uzbek. We help clarify any next steps you are unsure about.
You submit your own applications and enquiries. Hiring, accommodation and decisions by authorities are not guaranteed; our obligation to perform our own agreed services remains unchanged.
What should you budget for in addition to €1 800?
The service package covers document assistance and practical support. The course fee covers tuition. Living in Germany, travel and official fees are calculated separately.
The agreed service covers a tenant application folder and preparation of your own enquiry. Rent, utilities and the deposit belong in your separate budget. We do not offer property brokerage.
- Proof of financial means
- You must demonstrate sufficient funds to cover your living expenses. Before applying, check the requirements for a blocked account or another accepted form of financial support.
- Accommodation and daily life
- Rent, deposits, food, transport and communication costs vary by city and accommodation.
- Travel, insurance and official fees
- Budget for tickets, health insurance, visa fees and application centre charges. Check the current amounts with official sources.
- Translations, certification and additional course costs
- Before paying, clarify in writing which third-party charges are included in your agreement, such as notarisation, translations, textbooks or examinations.

We plan the next stage
We work on your next career goal, CV and your own application for a job or training place you select. We do not take on finding or arranging a place.
Who is a language course visa for?
This route is for people wishing to attend an intensive, in-person German language course in Germany. Classes generally need to take place daily, with at least 18 teaching hours a week. Evening-only or weekend-only courses are not sufficient.
Depending on the course duration, a residence permit may be issued for up to 12 months. If you already have a university or Ausbildung place, a different visa category may be appropriate for your purpose.

Key documents to prepare
- Course admission: location, duration, weekly teaching hours, in-person format and proof of payment.
- Educational documents, grades and evidence of your existing German language skills.
- If employed, documents relating to your employment; where necessary, confirmation of leave from work or studies.
- A CV and a motivation letter written and signed by you, with the required translations.
- Proof of financial means and health insurance.

Working during your language course and options afterwards
Work during the course
A residence permit for a language course under §16f allows employed work for up to 20 hours a week. Check the conditions on your visa or residence permit before starting work.
Alman Visum provides agreed support with a CV, cover letter and interview preparation. You search for vacancies and submit applications yourself. We do not find a job or employer for you.
Do not base your budget solely on future earnings: plan the funds needed to begin the course and live in Germany in advance.

Moving on to Ausbildung
Explore vocational training fields and organisations’ current requirements yourself. You find a place and submit your own application. We can help with a CV, interview preparation and organising documents; clarify personal admission and residence requirements with the relevant organisation or authority.
Switching to a residence permit for employment
Requirements for residence for employment depend on the chosen route. You select vacancies yourself; an authority or appropriately authorised professional assesses individual legal conditions concerning qualifications and residence. The official source below provides general information.
Completing a course does not by itself authorise you to start employment or vocational training. Before your current permit expires, clarify your next activity and any change of residence purpose with the immigration authority. We do not make individual legal assessments or provide legal representation before that authority.

Language course package: questions and answers
What is the difference between €500 and €1 300?
€500 covers organising language-course documents and arrival preparation. €1 300 is tuition for three modules. Together: €1 800. Searching for or arranging jobs or training places is not offered under this service.
Does €1 800 cover all costs?
This is the combined service and course fee. You need a separate budget for rent, a deposit, daily living costs, travel, insurance and official fees. The financial means requirement must also be met separately.
Do three modules mean three months or A1, A2 and B1?
The number of modules alone does not determine the length of study or final language level. Levels, the duration of each module and the timetable depend on the selected course programme. We clarify the details of your particular programme before enrolment.
Do you guarantee an apartment and a job in advance?
No. We help with a tenant application folder and preparation of your own enquiries; you select listings and vacancies yourself. We do not guarantee housing or employment and do not search for jobs or training places for customers.
Is career preparation available after the course?
Within the agreed scope, we discuss career goals, a CV, a cover letter and interview preparation. You submit job and vocational training applications yourself; we do not find or arrange a place. Clarify individual conditions for changing residence purpose with the responsible authority or a professional authorised to give legal advice.
Can I start with an online course?
You can learn German online before travelling to Germany. However, this visa requires confirmation of an intensive, in-person course in Germany. Alman Bildung online courses are a separate cooperation project with Victory Dionis MCHJ; check their provider and course terms separately.
Where do I submit my visa application in Uzbekistan?
For this category, the German Embassy in Tashkent accepts applications through TLScontact. Check appointment and document procedures using the official link on the embassy's website. The embassy makes the visa decision.
Are visa approval and an exact date guaranteed?
We do not guarantee a visa outcome or processing time. We help organise existing documents against an official checklist. Before paying, obtain the service scope and course rescheduling and cancellation terms in writing; we do not provide legal or tax advice.

What the €500 package covers
The package covers course-document organisation, arrival coordination, a tenant application folder and preparation for your own housing search. Agreed career support is limited to a CV, cover letter and interview preparation. We do not search for or arrange jobs or training places for customers or provide legal or tax advice. Visas, housing and employment are not guaranteed; our obligation to perform our own agreed tasks remains.
The €500 programme and the general €1,999 package have different scopes: the former covers language-course-related tasks. The Relocation package includes extended preparation and 30 days of organisational support after arrival. We do not charge twice for overlapping work; the final scope is agreed in advance.
Arrival location and timing are agreed in advance. Transfers, tickets, hotels, rent and deposits are separate costs. The 30-day support covers organisational questions and agreed appointments; it is not a round-the-clock emergency service.
